Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your gear. If you're not, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To qualify: items should be unused and in their original condition and packaging. To start a return, contact us through our Contact page with your order number and we'll send instructions.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.

Damaged or defective on arrival? Contact us within 7 days with a photo and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
